Function of Turbocharger Actuator:
1. Control turbine speed: By adjusting the output pressure and flow rate of the turbocharger, the turbo actuator is able to adjust the speed of the turbine impeller according to the change of engine load in order to achieve the best boosting effect. When the engine load increases, the turbo actuator increases the flow of compressed air to boost the engine output; conversely, when the load decreases, the turbo actuator adjusts accordingly to keep the output of the turbocharger stable.
2. Protecting the turbocharger: The turbo actuator acts as a pressure relief valve, controlling the turbocharging output and diverting excess exhaust gases away from the turbine impeller. This helps to control the speed of the turbine, preventing overspeeding, and regulates the speed of the compressor, protecting the turbocharger from unnecessary wear and tear by limiting the maximum boost pressure to a safe level.

Notes:
1. Please stop the engine beFit fore installation, make sure the turbocharger actuatorhas cooled down. This is the first important step Fit for your smooth installation and calibration.
2. Even if your car is shown in the compatibility, pls also double check the fitment details and photos beFit fore ordering.
3. No Instruction Included, professional installation is highly recommend.
Notices:
1.Please stop the engine before installation, make sure the turbocharger actuator has cooled down.
2.Release the liquid coolant.
3.Dismantle the right wheel and also the interior lining panel.
4.Dismantle the original turbocharger actuator and clean up the residues.
5.There's no need to reset the sector gear manually, just instal the tubocharger actuator on the turbine. Make sure there is a sealing gasket and no gap between the actuator and the turbine. Fasten the four screws.
6.Plug the power from the vehicle in the actuator.
7.Turn the key to RUN gear (don't press the brake, just tun on the power, don't start the engine).
8.Plug the calibrator into the OBD port.
9.The red indicator light of the calibrator is always on, and the green indicator light keeps flashing;
10.Press the calibration button, the yellow light will turn on briefly, and the turbine will start calibration. You can hear the sound of the turbine actuator moving back and forth. Wait for about 15 seconds, and the calibration will be completed. The red light will remain on and the green light wil flash. Calibration success light is on steadily if the calibration is successful. If the calibration fails, the calibration fail light will be on steadily.
11.If calibration fails,please check if the connecting wire is firm, if the actuator is installed correctly, then do calibration again.
12.After everything is all right, add liquid coolant, then start the engine. Check if it works normally and if there's leakage.
13.Install the interior lining panel and the wheel.
Above is the installation and adjust method of HE300VG. If you need to install it on an HE351VE, you just need to add a special wire harness like shown in below picture.
