Shipping

• All items ship from our warehouse inside the United States — no international transit, no customs clearance, no import duty.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day are dispatched the same day; otherwise the next business day.
• Standard transit time is 3–5 business days to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.
• A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

Returns & Delivery

• 30-day returns. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Damaged or defective on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.
• Oversized furniture is delivered curbside; please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.
